Minimum Premiums:
    $100,000 / $200,000 / $100,000 - $400.00
    $300,000 / $600,000 / $300,000 - $500.00
    $500,000 / $1,000,000 / $500,000 - $650.00
    $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 / $1,000,000 - $750.00

Conditions:
    25% Minimum Earned Premium

Policy Fee: $150.00

Optional Tool Floater - $2,500.00 (Not available in Tier One)

Maximum Annual Gross Receipts: $1,000,000
Maximum 25% Gross Annual Receipts attributed to Subcontractors
Maximum Employees - 25

Owners Payroll is $20,000.00

If New Venture, must have a minimum of Three Years Experience in Class of Business and prior Continuous General Liability Coverage.  Please make sure you indicate New Venture on the Rate It Page.

Submit any account generating over $5,000.00 in premium or any Risk Requiring a Waiver of Subrogation.
